I first came to New Hope with a friend in the Fall of 2006. It didn't take me long to notice the presence of God here and have my heart be drawn to New Hope more and more. I began to hang out in the youth room and finally volunteered on occasional weekends. I spent January 2008 volunteering with Keith in the middle school ministries and made a decision to follow my heart, which was captured by these kids, and join the team to love on them and be trained in the ministry.
I graduated from Linfield College with the BA in Religious Studies with Biblical Concentration. I have spent the last seven years working with youth at various local churches including Woodinville Alliance- WA, McMinnville Foursquare- OR, Heartland Community Church- KS,Young Life and in Poland at a homeless shelter. I have a passionate heart desiring to inspire, encourage and disciple middle school kids. Born in a small town in Poland, miraculously given the privilege of learning in America, I am now aspiring to become an inspirational speaker to youth all over the world. Where I grew up no one had the time to tell me that God loved me and cared for me so much, that He gave His only Son to die for me and give me eternal life. I had faith, but I thought I was the only one who had it. Now is the time for me to return the favor and give all of me in service to God, so that kids may know about the One God who loves them so deeply, and everyday offers His only Son for them.
Besides loving the youth I find joy in friendships, studying the Word, reading and writing non-fiction like C.S. Lewis did. I try to live my life by giving my all to Him, who constantly gives His all to me.
"Take your everyday, ordinary life- your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life- and place it before God as an offering". Romans 12:1 |
