Early Childhood Coordinator

The Early Childhood Coordinator will be a key member of the New Hope Kids Team, helping to lead and support the ministry for Babies, Toddlers, Preschool, and Kindergarten children and their families, as well as the dedicated volunteers who serve them. This role plays an essential part in the New Hope Kids team, which serves hundreds of families through Sunday ministries, partnerships with parents, family events, and other relational ministry opportunities.

Summary of Responsibilities: The Early Childhood Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the Sunday morning ministry for babies through Kindergarten. Key responsibilities include curriculum editing and supply prep, coordinating volunteer schedules, and supervising classrooms on Sundays. This role also involves leading the childcare team that supports the Women’s Bible study on Tuesday mornings and the service on 1st Wednesdays.

Kids Events Director

The Events Director is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all events within the Kids Ministry department. This role plays a vital part in creating engaging, meaningful, and well-organized events that help kids and families experience Jesus, connect with the church, and build lasting relationships within the community.

Summary of Responsibilities: 
Plan & Execute Events
Oversee all logistics for annual ministry events including:
  • Summer Family Experience (SFX)
  • Pumpkin Patch Outreach - with all Staff Collaboration 
  • Easter Party & Egg Hunts
  • Jingle Jam
  • Easter Jam
  • Gingerbread Christmas
